Hotel Distribution
The First Floor includes a half bathroom, a living room with sofas, TV and a pool table with bar seating and dining table area, all of which are overlooking the outdoor sitting areas, gardens and swimming pool. Also on the first floor is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed with a private en-suite bathroom.
The Second Floor has a total of three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The Third Floor which is accessed from an outdoor staircase, has three more bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms which includes a master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom.
Outside Area
Right outside the sliding glass doors of the main house are two large dining tables underneath a rancho. The tables and rancho are facing the pool and spectacular views. There is a half bathroom next to the pool/rancho area. Next to the rancho is the disco! An air-conditioned party room with AC, TV, wet bar, seating, sound system and lighting.
Location
Jaco center. Only 2 blocks walk to beach, clubs, restaurants, Cocal Casino and everything else in Jaco center. A 20 bedroom swinger hotel with all the amenities you could need, designed for couples and adventurous groups seeking an elegant and discreet lifestyle experience.

Great location. Very comfortable for our group of 17. All rooms have ice-cold A/C, and there's a breakfast spot literally right outside the house (about a 1-minute walk away). Very affordable, and the concierge service was extremely helpful in finding fun spots for dining out, and partying, as well as arranging tours and excursions.
